Q. What is SuperStar 4 a day?
A. SuperStar 4 a Day is a paparazzi experience for birthdays, special events, parties, bachelor & bachelorette parties, or ANY event that would require SuperStar Treatment. Be the next SuperStar!

Q. My city is not listed; can you provide service in my hometown?
A. Currently SuperStar 4 a Day is in Florida and making arrangements to be in several new cities. Keep checking with us for new locations.

Q. Can I change my SuperStar package during the event?
A. The onsite supervisor can make the changes based on times and other events that may be booked already. Charges may be applied if extra time or services are requested.

Q. Can I share an event with friend?
A. YES! Share your event with as many people as you want for the same cost of selected package.

Q. Can I order more prints or CD’s?
A. Not a problem, just call or email us requesting how many you’d like to receive.

Q. I lost my CD, is it too late for me to get another one.
A. SuperStar holds all pictures for duration of 1 year from the time of your event.

Q. I don’t need dinner; will I get the package cheaper?
A. The dinner was designed for the SuperStar Package. If you don't need the dinner SuperStar 4 a Day will give you a gift certificate to Charley’s Steakhouse.

Q. What if I want to book another restaurant other then Charley’s Steakhouse?
A. SuperStar has worked out all arrangements with Charley’s to be the premiere restaurant. If you’d like another restaurant please inform us during booking, we can try to make arrangements but can not guarantee the coordination.

Q. What happens if I’am late to my event?
A. Not a problem, we give you the supervisors contact number during booking. We ask that you call for any reason that may cause you to be late to the event. We can hold the event for duration of 15 minutes without additional charges.

Q. Why are the packages in minutes?
A. SuperStar 4 a Day wants to be sure if the event runs late that you are not charged for any extra time or late fees. Also several clients would like us to stay behind to keep photographing the party or event. SuperStar keeps an extra 15 minutes for each event.

Q. Can I Order and Pay online.
A. YES! All packages and payments can be made online.

Q. If I request extra time during an event, how do I pay for the time?
A. We request a check to paid to the onsite supervisor.

Q. Where will my personal Paparazzi follow me?
A. During booking SuperStar will discuss the location of your SuperStar package. All package locations are discussed to ensure our paparazzo’s are not in harms way. All clubs, restaurants, bars or residences must be discussed during booking. If at any time our paparazzi feels in danger with the situation he or she will cancel service. PLEASE READ LEGAL FOR MORE UNDERTANDING WHEN BOOKING THE EVENT

Q. What if I want to add extra services to a package?
A. You may request extra services that are outlined in EXTRAS. If the service your requesting is not listed please feel free to make a suggestion, SuperStar 4 a Day will review it then let you know if it's something we can cover.

Q. Do I get to pick out the pictures for the web page?
A. Due to all the pictures taken during your paparazzi experience SuperStar 4 a Day will choose the best pictures for your event.

Q. Can I get my name on the Main Marquee without a package?
YES! Main Marquee names are available; the SuperStar name will remain on the Marquee for duration of one week (7 Days).
